Our team works closely with key partners across the industry to deliver exceptional outcomes and strong returns for investors.We are currently raising capital for several property funds in Australia, Japan, and other countries across the Asia–Pacific and Middle East regions.This is a partnership role with Hotel Investment Partners, based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become an equity partner in the business.This is a fully autonomous, ownership-based role offering profit sharing and a high commission structure on capital raised, with no cap on earnings potential.You will be responsible for raising capital from family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and corporations. The role involves prospecting, networking, and building long-term investor relationships.Qualifications & ExperienceExtensive experience in capital raising within the APAC region, with an established investor networkStrong investment, finance, and brokerage skillsProven prospecting and deal-sourcing abilityLarge and active network of investorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader teamExperience in real estate investment is highly desirableAll discussions will be kept highly confidential
