The Channel Sales Executive collaborates with key Regional and Corporate Stakeholders in order to -Grow business in Market Makers and Strategic AccountsIdentify and develop future Market MakersLeverage Distribution as a strategic engine to drive growth and capture new channel opportunitiesDevelop Marketplaces as a new Breadth engineGrow the business with Mobile Operators, through the Always Connected PC collection of devicesGrow the Windows AI ecosystem centered on Copilot+ PCsSupport the growth of Microsoft Online Stores and MS Solution at retail through close operational alignmentResponsibilitiesJoint Account PlanningLeverage industry knowledge, channel insight & customer understanding to drive strategic alignment and land joint business objectives with partnerIdentify key focus areas to create actionable & effective account planningOrchestrate annual and seasonal planning process with partnerAccount ManagementDevelop strategies to compete and win share by ensuring the right assortment at the right price through strong portfolio management across all product categoriesSupport partner through the digital transformation journey to ensure omni-channel presence and growthDrive and land regular account performance reviews internally and with partner, and secure inclusion into the partner business cycleRelationship Management Establish deeper engagement with key partner executives and stakeholdersBusiness Operational ExcellenceExecute account plans to agreed metrics and targets, and orchestrate internal Rhythm of the BusinessDrive improvement in CPE through timely issue resolution and partner supportQualifications5+ years Consumer Electronics/IT ecosystem experience with a focus on devices and services sales across consumer segmentsUnderstanding of consumer channels and retail landscapeE-commerce experience across direct-to-consumer and marketplacesBuilding strategic relationships and partnering with senior account executivesTrack record of sales delivery and executionConsumer channel management with proven business operational excellence and sales results through joint business planning, landing channel strategies, account management, and performance monitoringDriving long-term sustainable sales growth with partnersDelivery on Quarterly and Annual Account Budgeted RevenueSkillsApply entrepreneurial and innovative thinking to identifying and executing business opportunitiesAbility to analyze sales data, draw relevant conclusions, develop accurate business plans and forecasts, and drive program executionPossess high standards for performance and compliance Ability to influence multiple stakeholder groupsMust be able to effectively articulate technology and product positioning to internal audiences and channel partnersBusiness-level English for international meetings and cross-functional collaborationMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
