We’re looking for a Partner & Business Development Manager to help scale our RTLS (UWB/BLE) solutions worldwide across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, automotive, and industrial environments.📍 Location Options: • Pozyx HQ – Ghent, Belgium • Pozyx US – Sandy Springs/Atlanta, GA (Onsite role, with global remit)What You’ll Do🔥 Partner Management:Recruit & grow integrators, VARs, warehouse automation firms, and IoT partnersLead onboarding, training, enablement, and joint go-to-market initiativesDrive partner pipeline, revenue, and quarterly business reviews🔥 Business Development:Target and win strategic global accountsRun discovery, build RTLS solutions (UWB/BLE), and manage POCsOwn proposals, ROI cases, forecasting, and enterprise sales cyclesExpand successful deployments across multiple sites and regions🔥 Financial Ownership:Manage quota, partner revenue, and forecastingBuild profitable commercial proposalsTrack KPIs: revenue, pipeline, deal velocity, partner impactWho You Are ✔️ 4–5+ years in BD, partner/channel sales, industrial IoT, automation, or hardware+SaaS ✔️ Strong communicator and relationship builder ✔️ Comfortable discussing technical concepts (RTLS, UWB, BLE, industrial workflows) ✔️ Proactive, organized, and motivated to grow a global presence ✔️ Open to travel (20–30%) for partners, customers, and trade showsWhy Pozyx?
