You will work on building new partnerships, enable them to become valued contributors to our mutual success through onboarding, co-selling and strong, trusted relationships. Your focus is to identify, recruit, enable and grow partners and accounting firms who take SEMINE to market.What You'll DoPartner acquisition & onboarding: Source and sign priority partners, run due diligence, negotiate agreements, and drive enablement to certificationEnablement & co-sell: Build joint plans, pipeline, and forecasts; coach partners on positioning, demos, pricing, and deal execution; align with Semine Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and ProductSales: Sell with and through partners. You will get a yearly budget that you will be measured on, and you will be incentivized based on your partner's sales performanceMarket development: Map partner ecosystems and target segments; localize partner plays; host workshops and events; champion partner feedback internallyGovernance & tooling: Maintain partner plans, scorecards, and deal registration; ensure data quality in CRM; help evolve partner portal, assets, and agreementsSuccess metrics (KPI examples)We'll tailor KPIs with you, but typical PDM metrics in SaaS include:Partner-sourced & co-sell pipeline (value and coverage)Closed-won revenue with and through partnersEnablement milestones (certifications, win rates, registered deals)Retention/health of partner portfolio (active sellers, forecast accuracy)RequirementsProven experience selling financial/ERP systems or other B2B SaaS (hunter-builder profile; comfortable with complex value sales)Relationship builder: You enjoy long-term partnerships and know how to create mutual valueBusiness acumen: You can unpack a company's drivers, goals, and buying processSales drive: You like selling—and you know how to win with and through partnersBene partner landscape: Working knowledge of the partner ecosystem and accounting firms in Belgium and HollandLanguages: Business fluency in Dutch & English (C1 level)Nice to have Established network across IT/fintech/ERP channels in BENE Experience with ERP resellers and/or accounting firms Background in partner programs, and joint GTM planning Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMWhy this role mattersPartners are central to scaling Semine.
