Join the FIA at the forefront of global mobility innovation and play a key role in developing strategic partnerships that shape the future of sustainable and accessible transport!As a Partnerships & Operations Intern, you will support both partner relationship management and project coordination activities. Working closely with senior team members, you will help ensure smooth collaboration between business partners, FIA Members, and internal teams, while also contributing to operational improvements and reporting. The successful candidate will report to the Project and Operations Manager, and will work closely with the Business Development Coordinator, Head of Business Development, and occasionally with the Member Relations & Development Director to support partner engagement and drive overall business growth. You will be in the Business Development Mobility team, within the Member Relations and Development DepartmentMISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner & Club SupportAssist in maintaining relationships with existing partners and FIA Members.Help coordinate the onboarding of new partners (introductory meetings, documentation, follow-up).Support communication of offers, updates, and initiatives to FIA Members and stakeholders.Gather and organise feedback from partners and FIA Members to support continuous improvement.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and account strategy documents.Participate in meetings and events to gain hands-on experience.Project & Operational AssistanceHelp coordinate cross-functional projects under supervision.Assist with planning tasks: timelines, milestones, documentation, and progress tracking.Support the implementation and improvement of internal workflows and processes.Contribute to database updates, record keeping, and administrative tasks.Reporting & AnalysisHelp compile performance metrics and partner/club activity reports.Support the development and tracking of KPIs.Assist in data organisation and preparation for review by senior managers.PROFILE:Currently pursuing a master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Well-organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce or Power BI is a plus.Interest in partnerships, brand collaboration, or operational coordination.Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative.Internship agreement mandatoryDeadline to apply: November 16th, 2025Start date: January 2026Duration: 1 year InternshipIf you are interested, please send us your CV and cover letter.The FIA is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
