Partnerships Specialist

Are you a natural connector who believes in the power of partnerships to drive social change?The Faith Ehimwenma Foundation (FEF) is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Specialist to grow our impact and forge alliances that matter. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building meaningful relationships, expanding our reach, and attracting sponsors, collaborators, and supporters who share our vision for a healthier, more empowered generation.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators.- Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship decks, and collaboration plans.- Follow up on partnership leads and build strong, long-term relationships.- Pitch FEF’s vision and programs to brands, institutions, and organizations.- Collaborate with the communications/media team to align campaigns with partnership opportunities.- Support the planning and execution of sponsored programs and community initiatives.- Maintain accurate records of partnership communications and outcomes.- Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen brand collaborations and grow external support.Ideal Candidate Should:- Be confident, friendly, and skilled in communication (written and verbal).- Be comfortable pitching to stakeholders across various leadership levels.- Have experience or interest in the non-profit, social impact, media, or brand partnership space.- Be proactive, organized, and able to work independently.- Think creatively about brand alignment and collaboration strategy.-Be passionate about youth and women empowerment, children’s development, and sickle cell awareness.Nice to Have:- Previous experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.- An existing network of corporate brands and institutions.- Strong proposal writing or presentation skills.Why Join FEF?- This is a paid role with a competitive monthly stipend, plus commission on successful partnerships.- This role has the potential to evolve into a Partnerships Manager position as we scale.- You’ll be part of a mission-driven organization working on real, community-centered impact.- You’ll join to grow, lead, and create meaningful legacy alongside a passionate, values-aligned team.
