Parts Technician

The Parts Technician will be responsible for managing inventory, including shipping and receiving parts, ensuring accurate inventory control, and handling customer inquiries and orders. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, communicating effectively with customers, operating a forklift for material handling, and maintaining a well-organised parts department to support efficient operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control for effective stock managementStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure smooth interactions and satisfactionGood organisational and problem-solving skills are advantageousKnowledge or experience in the automotive or machinery industry is an asset.
