We offer a dedicated service to the plumbing & heating industry, with specialized trade counters and staff who aim to provide unrivalled levels of customer service.We wish to recruit a motivated individual to work as a Warehouse Operative within our Plumbmaster division in our Newry Branch. This is an exciting career opportunity offering an excellent working environment in one of the fastest growing independent plumbing and heating merchants in Northern Ireland.Key Responsibilities For The Role Of Warehouse Operative IncludeLoading and off-loading of goods and ensuring goods advice notes are accurateTo ensure that all deliveries to customers and other branches are accurate and sent out in a timely mannerAdvise the Branch Manager on any issues with stock in terms of levels and qualityParticipate in annual stock takes & weekly rolling stock countsEnsure all Company procedures are carried out within the department in relation to the return and receipting of goodsTo ensure that all deliveries are accompanied by the appropriate paperworkTo ensure that every effort is made to secure the health and safety of both oneself and those affected by your acts or omissionsApplications for the position of Warehouse Operative are invited from individuals who:Have experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentHold a forklift licenseCan preferably demonstrate knowledge of general plumbing and heating productsHave strong customer service & communication skillsHave the ability to develop a positive working relationship with customersHave the ability to deal with customers issues/problems in a professional mannerThe successful person will receive a competitive rate of pay plus benefits including:Unlimited in-house trainingStaff DiscountsIncentive bonus schemeCycle to work schemeContributory Pension Scheme30 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays)Closing date for the receipt of completed applications is Monday 8th December 2025To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
