JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for preparing different assigned section activities, verifying the completeness of supporting documents and the accuracy of information to ensure internal control are applied. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement the Finance Department’s set policies and procedures and comply with the company’s other policies and abide by the international financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts for business units or departments. Gather, analyse, and report on financial performance against budgets and historical data. Maintain and update financial models to support decision-making and business planning.
Prepare standard and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses. Support the month-end and year-end closing process by providing necessary financial data and reconciliations. Coordinate with accounting, operations, and commercial teams to validate financial assumptions. Monitor key business KPIs and assist in identifying trends or irregularities. Support cost control initiatives and contribute to margin analysis or cost optimization studiesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related fieldProfessional certification such as CFA, CMA is a plusMinimum of 5 years of experience in the same or related field
