To redefine what it means to play, and to create experiences that players truly love. We are looking for a Payment Delivery Specialist to join our Tallinn office. Role Summary As a Payment Delivery Specialist, you will be supporting deliveries, optimization, and continuous improvement of payment capabilities across our iGaming platform. You will act as the bridge between technical teams, commercial stakeholders, and external payment partners to ensure smooth, secure, and high-performing payment experiences for our players. A key part of the role will involve working extensively with PaymentIQ, ensuring successful integrations, configuration management, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements. You will oversee payment solution delivery from planning through execution, ensuring that all payment methods, provider connections, and platform changes are delivered on time, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. ResponsibilitiesPayment Delivery & Management ● Lead end-to-end delivery of payment solutions across markets, from requirements definition to rollout, testing, and ongoing improvements.● Act as the product owner for PaymentIQ configurations, routing rules, provider setups, monitoring, and issue resolution.● Ensure all payment flows are optimized to support seamless user experiences, high acceptance rates, and strong operational stability.● Manage daily operational relationships with PSPs, acquirers, banks, and other payment partners within the iGaming ecosystem. ● Oversee provider integrations, onboarding, technical certification, performance monitoring, and escalation handling.● Negotiate and support commercial discussions in collaboration with payment product and finance teams. Performance Monitoring & Optimization ● Track and analyze key payment KPIs, including acceptance rates, routing performance, payment success ratios, and operational uptime.● Identify system bottlenecks and drive optimization initiatives to reduce friction and improve conversion. ● Work with BI, engineering, and product teams to create meaningful dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools.● Collaborate with external partners to optimize configurations. Cross-Functional Collaboration● Partner closely with engineering, product, UX, customer support, and market teams to ensure alignment on payment solutions and delivery timelines. ● Coordinate testing, release planning, and communication to ensure smooth deployment of payment updates. Communication & Reporting ● Provide regular updates on delivery progress, provider performance, payment incidents, and optimization results to management and key stakeholders. ● Prepare clear documentation, rollout plans, and training material for internal teams.Qualifications ● Minimum 3 years of experience in the online gaming / iGaming industry.● Hands-on experience with PaymentIQ including configuration, routing, troubleshooting, and provider integrations (required). ● Strong knowledge of payment service providers, acquirers, and payment products commonly used in iGaming. ● Experience with integration implementations. ● Familiarity with payment regulations, compliance frameworks, and fraud-prevention principles. ● Excellent problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to delivery and stakeholder communication. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. ● Able to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. ● Fluency in written and spoken English.
