In this role, you’ll work closely with high-performing teams and various stakeholders to understand business objectives, analyze processes, and document requirements to help companies achieve their strategic goals. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk, driving more transformative outcomes.What You’ll Do Understand and analyze business requirements specific to payments systems by conducting customer interviews, analyzing user data, driving workshops with business stakeholders, and working with key stakeholders to meet the product roadmap goals and strategy Create clear and concise documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and payment system workflows to facilitate communication and ensure project alignment Collaboratively identify and define requirements, epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria Communicate effectively across multiple teams and levels Trace requirements to ensure all objectives have been met Create and deliver status reports of business requirements on an ongoing basis Collaborate closely with program/delivery leaders and technical teams to support project deliverables Develop test plans, execute test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and ensure adherence to business requirements Continually expand your expertise in payments capabilities, payments technology, and project managementWhat You’ll Bring 4+ years of business analysis experience in payments, fintech, or financial services Proven track record of solving complex problems and translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions Strategic and analytical thinking with a passion for delivering exceptional results. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for all locations is $96,000 to $130,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
