Payroll and HRIS Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of the organization's payroll and Human Resources Information System (HRIS).This role ensures all employee compensation, benefits, and other HR data are managed efficiently and in compliance with all applicable statutory laws and regulations. The position involves a blend of technical proficiency with HRIS software, understanding of payroll processes, and planning for HR system improvements.Key Responsibilities:Payroll ProcessingHRIS AdministrationData ManagementComplianceCustomer ServiceSystem Implementation & TestingRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in payroll processing and HRIS software.Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Relevant certifications are a plus.
