Present in more than 16 countries, we support every candidate and client with a personalized approach.Today, we are supporting one of our clients, an international company undergoing a major HR & payroll transformation, in recruiting a Payroll & Benefits Specialist (M/F/X).This is a long term role - 12 month, open to permanency, with a preferred start date of January 15th.MISSIONS:Manage complex Swiss payroll autonomously (including hires/leavers, bonuses, variable pay, absences, shadow payroll, LTI/RSUs, benefits in kind)Ensure social insurance declarations, source tax, and all Swiss statutory obligationsPrepare documentation and reconciliations for internal and external auditsRespond to employee queries (payslips, social insurance, tax, annual documents, balances, counters, etc.)Participate in organizing employee information sessionsMaintain and update employee data in the HRIS in full compliance with Swiss labor law and GDPRAdminister benefits (pension, family allowances, sickness and accident claims, etc.)Support annual processes such as salary review, bonus review, and reportingContribute to the payroll migration to ADP: data preparation, testing, validation, complianceSupport the transition of HR admin services to the provider: workflows, responsibilities, processesAssist with the local implementation of Oracle HR: Swiss configuration requirements, alignment with global teamsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (C&B, Global HRIS, Finance, external providers) to harmonize processesDocument payroll and HR administration processesSupport ad-hoc Compensation & Benefits projects (job leveling, benefits review, reporting)PROFILE:Looking to join a company offering exposure to both operational responsibilities and strategic transformation, you are curious about the profile we are seeking?You bring at least 5 years of experience in Swiss payroll within a complex environment and have strong expertise in international payroll topics, Swiss labor law, social security, taxation, and HR administration. You are familiar with payroll and HRIS transformation projects and ideally have experience with ADP/Abacus or other HRIS solutions such as Oracle HR. Highly rigorous, structured, autonomous, and discreet, you demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, with French or another European language considered an asset.Salary range: 105K – 115K CHF depending on profileHealth allowance: 4,2K CHF/year grossContract: long term / permanentStart date: January 15th
