The Payroll Officer will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and policies, managing payroll records, calculating employee salaries, and handling payroll taxes. Additional duties include resolving payroll discrepancies, preparing reports, and providing support for internal and external audits related to payroll.QualificationsProficiency in Payroll Administration, Payroll Services, and Payroll TaxesStrong knowledge of finance principles and practicesExceptional communication skills for collaborating with team members and addressing employee inquiriesAttention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with payroll and accounting software systemsAbility to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectivelyPrevious experience in payroll or finance roles is preferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
