We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our clients, located in Atlanta, GA, USA. This is a hybrid opportunity with a growing organization. About the RoleWe’re looking for a high-velocity, relationship-driven recruiter to own hiring for our Go-To-Market functions. This includes Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success. You’ll manage a mix of volume hiring, repeatable pipelines, and mid-level roles that require strong sourcing instincts and a sharp eye for talent.If you’re energized by fast-moving teams, hiring manager partnership, and the challenge of maintaining quality while driving speed, you’ll thrive here. What You’ll DoOwn the GTM Hiring PortfolioManage all recruiting efforts for Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success across all levels.Build and maintain repeatable talent pipelines for high-volume roles (SDR, BDR, Implementation Specialists, etc.).Drive targeted searches for mid- to senior-level roles requiring deeper business acumen.Lead the Full Recruiting LifecycleRun intake meetings to clarify role requirements and success profiles.Create sourcing strategies that balance speed with quality.Screen and assess candidates for role fit, skills, and organizational alignment.Guide candidates from first conversation through offer acceptance.Be a Strategic Partner to GTM LeadersAdvise hiring managers on labor market trends, candidate profiles, compensation ranges, and process improvements.Influence decisions with data and competitive insights.Set expectations around timelines, SLAs, and recruiting best practices.Drive Process Efficiency & ExperienceManage pipelines, keep systems up to date, and maintain clean data.Ensure candidates move smoothly through the funnel with timely communication.Champion an inclusive hiring experience; help leaders incorporate structured interviewing.Contribute to Team-Level TA PrioritiesCollaborate with peers to balance req load and support peak periods.Share sourcing tactics, market intelligence, and best practices with the broader TA team.Participate in cross-functional projects that improve TA processes, tools, and reporting. What You BringMust-Haves3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in Sales, Professional Services, or other GTM roles in a software company.Proven ability to run high-volume pipelines without sacrificing candidate quality.Strong sourcing skills and comfort pursuing passive candidates.Ability to influence hiring managers and lead them with data and insights.Excellent communication and organizational skills — you move quickly and stay ahead of the work.Nice-to-HavesExperience recruiting quota-carrying roles (SDR, AE, BDR, AM).Familiarity with hiring profiles for Services, Implementation, or Customer Success.A track record of hiring in high-growth or fast-scaling environments.ATS savvy; you know how to keep data clean and actionable.How You WorkYou move with urgency and understand GTM hiring rhythms.You’re decisive, organized, and comfortable managing 20–25 active reqs.You communicate clearly and proactively with hiring managers.You’re scrappy — you shift tactics quickly when a role needs a different approach.You care about candidate experience and represent the company with confidence.Why JoinYou’ll shape the teams that drive revenue, customer success, and growth.
