Role DescriptionManage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations, while also addressing employee inquiries and discrepancies promptly.Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation structures and employee benefits programs, regularly reviewing and adjusting them to align with organizational objectives.Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and maintaining comprehensive records in the applicant tracking system.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, organizing events, implementing recognition programs, and actively participating in employee surveys to gauge satisfaction.Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights into payroll expenses, benefits utilization, and compensation trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making.Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management on payroll metrics, budgetary impact, and other relevant insights, aiding strategic planning.Stay informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and ensure compliance in all payroll and compensation practices.QualificationsPossess relevant academic qualifications, diploma, or degree in any field, preferably in Human Resource.At least 1 years of working experience in a related field.Experience of using any Infotech system & Microsoft Office: Word, ExcelAble to work at Tea Garden HQ Office, Taman Pelangi Indah, Ulu Tiram Johor Bahru.
