We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruitment Intern to join our team for a internship. You will work closely with experienced Recruiters and Consultants, gaining valuable exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and database management in a target-driven, agency environment.πŸ“ Key ResponsibilitiesThe intern will be involved in various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including:Sourcing & Candidate Identification:Assist Recruiters in sourcing active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and social media channels.Conduct initial market research to map out talent pools for specific client roles.Candidate Management:Post and manage job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and engaging.Screen resumes and applications against job requirements to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and interest level.Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database with meticulous accuracy.Administrative & Coordination Support:Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Recruiters/Clients, handling all related logistics.Prepare and format candidate profiles and documentation for client submission.Assist with the preparation of reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and key metrics.Handle general office and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the team.Client & Team Collaboration:Participate in team meetings and training sessions to understand client requirements and industry trends.Assist in reference checks and offer preparation where required.✨ Qualifications & SkillsCurrently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal team members.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proactive, self-starter, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional networking sites is a plus.πŸš€ What We OfferHands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle within a specialized agency environment.Direct mentorship and training from experienced Recruiters and Consultants.Exposure to diverse roles and industries, broadening your market knowledge.A collaborative and energetic team culture.
