Job Description

工作职责1、新产品导入支持，新品设计评审及优化，PCB设计基线维护与升级； 2、帮助提升产品生产适应性，标准化机芯制造，系统化提升产品作业效率效率及品质； 3、熟悉回流焊、波峰焊原理，熟悉焊料特性及使用工艺要求，根据产品要求设规划设计产品生产工艺流，跟踪生产过程并进行优化，能主动预判风险，PDCA闭环管理，推动改善对策落地； 4、全球机芯制造工程技术支持； 5、 技术专题研究，跨部门协同。任职要求1、本科及以上学历，材料、工业工程等相关专业（电子封装相关专业优先）；英语四级及以上 2、专业成绩优秀，专业课程无挂科，排名前30%或获得过奖学金； 3、熟悉元器件封装流程&工艺，熟悉焊接相关知识（回流焊、波峰焊、热压焊、手工焊等）；具备实践经历优先。 4、认可公司文化，高效执行与快速学习，目标结果导向； 5、具备团队精神，沟通表达顺畅，具备良好总结归纳能力。
