You can be part of our vision!Working Pattern: Employee Fixed Term Contract / Full TimeAs the Project Delivery Manager, you will:

Build effective relationships internally and externally; manage the relationship between the project team and client to ensure effective management of the scope, so that all projects are completed strictly in accordance with the contract requirements and generate positive feedback. Understand and respond to client needs in an expedient and proactive manner. Oversee all client and vendor interfaces to ensure seamless project execution, manage both company inputs and client expectations effectively, and preserve the reputation and interests of the company.

Guide, support, oversee, and steward the preparation and challenge of all project cost estimates, and approve them while ensuring project budgets are met. Ensure robust technical and commercial change control mechanisms and procedures are in place and diligently followed. Establish and implement project meetings internally and externally at client premises, and ensure appropriate frequency and consistency. Oversee and approve all project budget expenditures and revenues, and monitor them at meaningful intervals. Maximise project-related company sales and mitigate any potential delays.

Drive and deliver all project phases (Appraise, Select, Define, Onshore and Offshore Execute, and Close-out) safely and on or ahead of schedule. Ensure all projects are completed in strict accordance with contract requirements, and secure adequate resources across the group to meet those requirements. Understand and respond proactively to client needs. Establish and set clear goals and priorities for all projects. Degree qualified in an Engineering or Project Management disciplineMasters degree in relevant disciplineMembership of a recognised professional bodyProject Management Training – PMI or APM accreditedUnderstanding of interfaces between various engineering disciplinesThorough knowledge and understanding of relevant oil & gas industry codes and standardsSignificant, demonstrable experience in an offshore industry project delivery role including construction activities through to close-outIn depth understanding of effective project delivery and campaign execution planningSignificant, demonstrable experience in anticipating and resolving problems and contingency planning capabilitiesFinancial and contractual awareness coupled with sound commercial judgementSignificant demonstrable experience in a similar positionExperience in managing and developing othersCompetent in the use of MS Office applicationsExcellent written and spoken EnglishAbout UsPD&MS has been engineering solutions in the energy industry and beyond since 2002, our ability to combine innovative ideas with technical expertise sets us apart.
