Conduct training sessions on preparation of foods as per our Standard Operating ProceduresSupport, mentor, and upskill trainees and new employeesPromote efficiency and improve skills of employeesKeep attendance ,training records and registersMonitor employees performance and response to trainingConduct performance evaluations and identify areas of improvementProvide daily updates on training areas done daily in-storesWork within a team and drive the restaurant forwardAssist in New Store openings – supporting the teams through constant mentoring and coachingAssist the Training Department with Adhoc Training tasks and projects within PedrosDoing presentations to the target audience for all Pedros Training Modules and SOP’sRequirementsMinimum of 1 year experience in the Restaurant and Fast Food Service or related industryMinimum of 1 year experience as a GrillerFront and back of house experienceGood verbal and written communication skillsOrganisational and time management skillsAttention to detailBe prepared to go the extra mileMust be computer literate and must be able to write professional reports from time to timeMust have own mobile phoneMust be willing to travelApply
