Associate Lawyer – Pensions Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Contract: Full-time, PermanentI am currently partnering with my client, a leading corporate law firm in Dublin, to recruit an Associate Lawyer for their highly regarded Pensions & Incentives Group. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well-established team known for delivering first-class advice to a diverse range of domestic and international clients.Working within a collegiate and high-performing practice, you will gain exposure to a broad mix of sophisticated pension and employee incentive matters, with the opportunity to contribute to both advisory and transactional work.The RoleAs a Pensions Associate, you will be involved in a variety of complex and high-value matters, including:Drafting and updating pension scheme documentation.Preparing legal documents and negotiating on intricate transactions, with scope for involvement in contentious work.Advising on pension scheme operations, from routine benefit queries and member complaints to large-scale restructurings.Supporting significant pension scheme mergers, reorganisations, and restructurings.Handling pension-related aspects of corporate finance transactions.Advising employers, trustees and committees on compliance issues, regulatory obligations, and scheme rule interpretation.Assisting with the design, establishment and amendment of various employee incentive and share scheme arrangements.About YouMy client is seeking a solicitor who brings:Qualification as a solicitor or barrister in Ireland or England & Wales.Strong training and post-qualification experience from a well-regarded pensions practice.Excellent analytical capability and technical accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.Sound commercial judgment and decision-making ability.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.A commitment to ongoing learning and sharing of pensions/legal knowledge.What’s on OfferCompetitive salaryBonus potentialHybrid working modelPension contributionsHealth insurance contributionLife assurance & income protectionRelocation support (if applicable)A supportive working environment with a strong social cultureIf you are an experienced pensions lawyer looking to join a leading team and advance your career with a top-tier practice, I would be delighted to discuss this opportunity further.
