The position may administer, implement, coordinate, and/or evaluate HR services, labor cases and programs. The HR functional areas may include employee relations, labor relations, benefits, employees’ activities and general services - Coordinate projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.Key Responsibilities: General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance. Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance. Employee and labor relations and communications. Rewards program coordination and/or administration.HR related training in some organizations. At more senior levels, HR Business Partners perform a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including: HR consulting and coaching (e.g., working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.). Enabling business change (e.g., supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions, etc.) HR program advocacy (e.g., communicating the business value of HR initiatives, managing HR program roll out to minimize business disruption, etc.) Partnering with the business and talent management/staffing and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession, planning, etc.) Coordinate HR processes that include staffing, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, employment law, etc. Support innovative approaches and assessment tools that ensure the recruitment of qualified people tied to a specific position. Demonstrates a balanced perspective when dealing with employee-related issues, striving for organizational justice. Supports and uses best practices when recommending and implementing decisions. Builds rapport and interacts effectively with employees at all levels, demonstrating awareness of their different needs, backgrounds and cultures. Assists in the implementation of organizational realignments, downsizing, outsourcing and growth.About you:Skills and Experience: Minimum of 1 year for the others area in HR, preferably on the MedicalDevices industry or related. Experience in labor and commercial law. Experience on People and Team Management.  Driven to get results to accomplish goals under high standards and excellence in execution.  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and written. Strong abilities to present and talk in public. High quality of service and interpersonal communications Demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent and strong abilities of time management, pacification and organization.  Ability to manage multiple tasks at the time in a fast-paced environment with an urgent sense of action.  Individual contributor with minimal supervision as a part of a team.  Proven ability to interact with all manager levels as well as demonstrated abilities of teamwork.  Interested in working in a continuous learning environment. Qualifications/Education: Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Psychology or Grade on either Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.    Knowledge in Microsoft Office and other applications and software. Strong computer skills to include Excel and Word. Knowledge in Quality Regulations and Quality Systems.  ISO:9000 and/or ISO: 13485 is preferred.
