The EMEA Cloud Software & Services (CSS) organization plays a pivotal role in thought leadership and value creation in a fast-moving and diverse market, spanning over 100 countries.We are seeking a People Business Partner for the CSS Domain in EMEA to work with our people across this large, geographically dispersed organization. In this role, you will partner with leaders across the assigned CSS units to drive key People initiatives that contribute to both the success of Market Area EMEA and our broader People objectives. The People Business Partner will report directly to the Head of People CSS EMEA and will be an integral member of the Leadership Teams (L3) across various units within EMEA CSS.This role will be based in Europe, and proven experience working with European markets is a must.As a People Business Partner for EMEA CSS, you will:Partner with impact, creating clarity, developing talent, and delivering results across your units.Drive the People strategy, providing expert guidance on both strategic and day-to-day matters in partnership with CSS Leaders.Champion responsible business practices by upholding our values, purpose, and philosophies, while fostering a positive and engaging employee experience.Coach and advise teams, shaping a high-performance culture with clear expectations, open communication, and effective performance management.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to design and implement impactful programs across the EMEA CSS Organization and People Organization.Develop and maintain Talent and Succession Management strategies that ensure future readiness.Support the achievement of People OKRs and KPIs, aligning initiatives with organizational priorities.Embed ethics, compliance, and integrity into every decision, guided by our Purpose, Principle, and Perception framework.Actively contribute to the EMEA People team, sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering collaboration across the organization.Partner with the People Team across EMEA and BCSS to ensure our teams in CSS have the support needed to grow.In this role, you are expected to work with:Accountability and Solution Orientation: Take responsibility and focus on actionable outcomes.Challenger Mindset and Business Focus: Question the status quo and drive results that matter.Collaborative Spirit and Ethical Behavior: Work together with integrity, always aligned with our values.Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time.Time Management & Priority setting: This role requires the ability to manage your time and prioritization of what matters.You should haveMinimum 10 years Human Resources Generalist working experienceMinimum 5 years’ working experience in the people function in EuropeDiversified People SME experience is a plusWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
