Our staff have passion, courage, and resilience that nurture and support life-changing outcomes for clients.THE ROLEOur staff are the foundation of our organisation and we are looking for a HR Advisor who shares our values and is passionate about contributing a positive and inclusive workplace.ResponsibilitiesThis important role will provide be responsible for delivering day to day HR advice and coaching to WSSSA managers and employees. The role will cover the full employee lifecycle, delivery HR and recruitment initiatives from the moment a vacancy is approved, through to onboarding and beyond by providing:Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on day-to-day HR issues. Oversee performance management processes, conflict resolution, conducting investigations and ensuring fairness and due process. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, aligning with organisational values and workforce needsOversee and deliver HR reporting, analytics and compliance activities.This is a part time position working between 0.6 - 0.8FTE (22.5 - 30 hours per week). Initially offered on a 12 fixed term contract.A full position description can be found HEREAbout YouTo succeed in this exciting and busy role you will need 3+ years experience in generalist HR advisory role, as well as:Strong working knowledge and application of HR legislation and policies (Fair Work Act, EEO, etc.) with the ability to interpret and apply Enterprise agreements and other industrial agreementsSound interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
