Our focus on innovation, automation, and a people-first culture sets us apart in the logistics and fulfilment space.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join our Fulfillio team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, coordinate recruitment activities, assist with onboarding new employees, maintain employee records, and help ensure our policies and processes run smoothly across all warehouses. You will work closely with the HR Manager to support a positive employee experience and assist in implementing HR initiatives across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job ads, screening candidates, booking interviews, and reference checksAssist with new employee onboarding, inductions, and documentationMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsSupport HR compliance, including policies, contracts, and procedural updatesAssist with payroll preparation and timesheet collection when neededHelp organise training, performance reviews, and staff engagement activitiesRespond to general HR enquiries from employees and supervisorsSupport WHS documentation and incident reporting processesPrepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as requiredContribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experienceRequirementsPrevious experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is an advantageTertiary qualification in HR or related field preferred (or working towards it)Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based toolsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in record-keepingAbility to work independently as well as collaborativelyPositive, approachable, and professional attitudeFluent in EnglishValid working visa in AustraliaReliable, punctual, and committed to supporting a healthy workplace cultureWhy FulfillioCompetitive salary and benefitsSuperannuation contributionsPaid annual leave and sick leaveSupportive, award-winning, people-first environmentOpportunities to develop your HR career within a growing organisationTraining and professional development pathwaysA collaborative culture where your ideas and contributions are valuedHow to ApplyIf you’re looking for a dynamic full-time HR role in a fast-growing, award-winning organisation, we’d love to hear from you!
