Role OverviewMercor is partnering with a premier AI research lab to refine multimodal machine learning, bringing together visual and audio understanding. We need detail-oriented freelancers to review short media clips and compare AI outputs. This is a short-term, remote role with flexible hours. Your evaluations will help improve the accuracy and reliability of state-of-the-art AI.EligibilityCandidates must be based in the United States (excluding California, Connecticut, Washington, and the District of Columbia), United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia.ResponsibilitiesReview audio, image, and video items for clarity and quality. Select the top-performing AI output according to the criteria provided. Contribute tags and annotations to support training and benchmarking. Follow project standards to ensure consistent outcomes. QualificationsFluent in English (native or near-native). Precise attention to detail and clear written communication. Reliable adherence to instructions and project metrics. Comfortable working independently on focused, repetitive tasks. Engagement & ScheduleRemote and asynchronous; choose a schedule that works for you. Contract-based role intended for a limited timeframe. Hours may vary based on the availability of tasks. Compensation & ContractThe rate of pay is $16 per hour for time spent on tasks.
