Come and support this growth and truly make your mark on our business.If you're looking for a culture of fun & passion, all while achieving great things, then TeamKids is the Employer for you!About The RoleWe are excited to be seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join 'Team Recruitment'!Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will take ownership of permanent Educator and Casual Recruitment across Victoria, NSW, ACT and QLDYour outstanding relationship-building abilities, and your excellent customer service philosophy, will see you become a respected partner to our Operations team, and deliver high-quality staffing outcomes across our programs.Main ResponsibilitiesManage the candidate experience to ensure an excellent standard of care is shown to all candidates.Strategic sourcing initiatives to proactively build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates.Manage the collection & verification of new starter compliance obligations to ensure industry regulations are met.Maintenance of Applicant Tracking System to reflect current state.Reporting of progress on a weekly basis.Project work consistent with Team goals & strategy.About YouAs a passionate person, you take great pride in outstanding outcomes, and you bring your hardworking, fun nature to a team.
