You’ll support end-to-end talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, performance management coordination, and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen ACTO’s culture and employee experience.In This Role, You'll Be Responsible ForTalent Acquisition & OnboardingCoordinate and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding.Maintain and improve recruitment tools hiring managers and interview panels.Support onboarding programs to ensure an exceptional new hire experience, from offer acceptance to first 90 days.Evaluate and maintain training materials working cross-functionally to align with product changes.Performance & DevelopmentAssist in the administration and rollout of performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and talent programs.Support the development of P&C policies, training materials, and internal communications.Administrative & ComplianceMaintain accurate employee records in accordance with company policies and employment legislation.Prepare and manage employment documentation, including contracts, letters, and employee changes.Ensure compliance with relevant employment standards and privacy regulations.Assist with HR reporting and metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, engagement results).Employee Engagement & CultureSupport initiatives that promote ACTO’s culture, values, and “Be Human” core value.Assist with planning and executing employee engagement programs, social events, and recognition initiatives.Collaborate on internal communication campaigns and activities that build team connection and inclusion.General P&C SupportProvide day-to-day support for employee inquiries, HR systems, and programs.Assist with ad hoc P&C projects and process improvements as the function scales.To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Need2–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or generalist functions (preferably within tech or high-growth environments).Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across teams.Experience using ATS or HRIS systems (e.g., Collage, Bamboo).Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.Interest/proficiency in AI tools.A self-starter who embraces change, takes initiative, and turns ideas into action.Bonus Points If You HaveExperience working in a SaaS or startup environment.Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices in Ontario.What You’ll Enjoy About ACTOIndustry leading, multiple award-winning technologyCompetitive compensation packageBeing part of a mission driven organization with the ability to drive solutions that focus on improving patient outcomesResults-driven and collaborative cultureRemote work with opportunities for in-person collaborationCompany MacBookFlex hours (overlapping with our core hours)Participation in group benefits planFlexible PTOAt ACTO we believe diverse and inclusive teams perform better.
