Ready to get started?You will be involved in the following activitiesCollaboration with the Business in implementing People & Culture initiatives.Support in managing Employee Life Cycle processes through operations on the ServiceNow platform.Data collection, analysis, and visualization aimed at creating dashboards, preparing presentations, and providing statistical insights to support P&C strategies.Active participation in current and future projects of the People & Culture team.Involvement in managing Industrial Relations, with insights into contractual regulations, Welfare, Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Policies, and Social Plans, contributing to the drafting and management of union agreements.Engagement in Talent Management activities.Participation in internal meetings with various function stakeholders.Support in managing organizational changes and drafting related organizational communications.About YouDegree in economics or other fields with a strong analytical foundation.Master’s degree or specialized courses in HR / People & Culture are a plus.Excellent command of English (minimum level: B2).Strong proficiency in Excel.Familiarity with IT systems and a natural inclination toward using digital tools.Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.Why choose us?Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.Start your career with inspiring mentors who will help you take your first professional steps.You will have the possibility to carry out the internship in a hybrid mode.We offer an internship lasting 6 months.
