Job Description

In a nutshell:Our People & Culture Senior Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for team members and external partners on all people-related matters. He/She contributes a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise to our Hotel. He/she will be accountable for recruitment, succession/workforce planning, performance management, and development for our hotel team members and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute business objectives most efficiently. This is a permanent role- based in Agios Nikolaos, CreteSome of the responsibilities you are entrusted with:• Manage Recruitment processes by developing the recruitment strategy in collaboration with hiring managers.• Serves as an expert facilitator for the selection and interviewing process.• Devise the Employer Branding strategy and tactics for our hotel.• Remains current and knowledgeable in compensation and work competitive environments.• Champions the communication and proper use of total compensation systems, tools, programs, policies, etc.• Ensures team members are properly trained to appropriately respond to business needs and developmental opportunities.• Act to support the human factor in the hotel by devising strategies for performance evaluation and people development, etc.• Serves as a resource to the property Human Resources staff on employee relations questions and issues.
