About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and hands-on People & Operations Manager to help shape and scale our growing team. This is a generalist role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and is passionate about fostering a positive employee experience.You’ll work closely with leadership to design and execute people strategies — from hiring and onboarding to performance, culture, and organizational design — ensuring we have the right people and processes in place as we scale.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringOwn the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.Build scalable recruiting processes and tools to support rapid growth.People OperationsMaintain and evolve HR systems, policies, and documentation.Support team engagement, feedback cycles, and performance management.Manage organizational charts and ensure role clarity across teams.Culture & Employee ExperienceChampion a values-driven, inclusive, and engaging work environment.Plan team initiatives, offsites, and rituals that strengthen company culture.Strategic SupportAdvise leadership on people planning, compensation benchmarking, and talent development.Partner on organizational design and future headcount planning.About You2–4 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role, ideally within a startup or scale-up.Proven experience managing hiring processes and building organizational structures.Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and talent processes.Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills.Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment.Bonus PointsExperience with HRIS, ATS, or similar people tools.Exposure to remote or hybrid team operations.
