Job Description

Drive and implement the People & Organization (P&O) strategy in alignment with overall business goals.Act as the primary business partner to Operations leadership, ensuring people strategies support operational excellence.Collaborate with P&O Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to deliver integrated and high-impact HR solutions.Lead monthly reviews with Operations and Area Managers to manage and optimize Manpower Planning (MPP).Oversee workforce analytics and monthly P&O performance metrics, including hiring progress, turnover insights, and exit interview trends.Monitor team workload distribution and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality HR support.Manage, mentor, and develop People Partner Specialists to ensure capability growth and strong service delivery.Lead onboarding programs, training initiatives, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the People Partner team.Develop, communicate, and manage the monthly operational plan for the People Partner function.Ensure consistent and compliant application of P&O policies and procedures, updating them as needed.Drive the performance management cycle, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.Support and champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across teams.Oversee the preparation and accuracy of payroll transaction sheets, coordinating with Shared Services to ensure timely processing.Audit and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and documentation.Maintain expert knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance across functions.Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and labor offices.
