As part of the Product and People Science team, we are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior People Scientist / People Scientist. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to leverage data-driven insights to enhance our product and optimize our people strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of analytical prowess, initiative, and adaptability to thrive in our fast-paced startup environment. The Junior People Scientist / People Scientist will be able to work with many different types of stakeholders and hence growth opportunities are immense if embraced.  The employee will get exposure to:1. Work closely with the Sales team on aligning how the product (especially data-relatedones) will benefit prospects2. Collaborate with the Customer Success team on ensuring that data insights needed byclients are accurate and meet their needs3. Join hands with the Product team to define how data insights should be delivered toclients in meaningful ways that serve business objectives4. Liaise with the Engineering team to ensure data accuracy and to gather appropriate dataespecially for any custom analyses5.
