As our People System Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in optimizing and evolving our HR systems landscape, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support our people and business strategy.YOUR CHALLENGE:Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Workday Core HCM, Learning, Talent areas and beyondPrioritize the product backlog, balancing competing needs and ensuring that the most critical items are delivered firstIdentify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations and automations within Workday and surrounding systems, ensuring efficient workflows and maximizing ROIDevelop the Workday product by staying up to date with new features, implementing enhancements, and leveraging the reporting framework for providing insights to the businessBuild and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure our People Systems meet the organization’s evolving needsCollaborate cross-functionally and with external parties in the development of our People solutionsProvide support and guidance to end-users by assisting with troubleshooting issues and ensuring knowledge transfer to the wider HR community on all things technologyYOUR SKILLS:3+ year experience with Workday configuration, with focus of Core HCM, Security, Learning and Talent; any additional functional area is a plusStrong functional background in HCM systemsExperience with Workday functional integrations design and report development preferredAnalytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies and architectureExperience in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs and urgencyStrong will to learn and deep-dive into unknown knowledgeFluency in English (written and spoken), German is a plusAt Sunrise, you’ll be working in a dynamic and multinational environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are lived.
