Central to this journey is our commitment to building a high-quality People & Talent capability — one that supports our people, strengthens our culture, and helps us attract and retain the very best talent.Under the leadership of our newly appointed and experienced Head of People, we’re building a People team that will deliver first-class people operations while also designing and implementing a high quality end-to-end employee experience — from recruitmentand onboarding through to development, progression, engagement and more.Job PurposeYou’ll be joining at a key point as we shape how we support our colleagues day-to-day, while also building the foundations for a modern, thoughtful, and people-centred approach to HR.You’ll work across both recruitment and people operations, flexing how you balance your time depending on the needs and priorities of the business.You’ll be need to be motivated by delivering superb and critical administrative support…often highly detailed and repetitive, but needing high levels of accuracy andattention to detail.Alongside being at the heart of how we deliver a great day to day employee and candidate experience, you’ll also be involved in a wide range of ‘design, build andImplement’ projects as we deliver on our People Strategy. This is likely to include some or all of: culture development, line manager development, performance framework, reward, EVP design and much more.We’re yet to implement an ATS or HRIS, but both are in our plans for the next 6 months. In particular we’d want to have a key role in how we onboard and use our HRIS.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be responsible for a broad range of administrative and coordination tasks across the full employee lifecycle, including:People Operations Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including drafting contracts, preparing induction materials, and coordinating exit interviews. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity andconfidentiality. Coordinating and supporting cyclical people processes such as probation reviews,performance reviews, promotions, pay review, engagement surveys, learning & development. Assisting with benefits and broader reward administration, including enrolments and queries. Supporting internal communications and engagement initiatives. Producing reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance.Recruitment Coordinating recruitment campaigns across all offices, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, administering our ATS. Supporting hiring managers with recruitment logistics and documentation. Managing candidate communications to ensure a positive experience. Assisting with offer letters and pre-employment checks. Maintaining recruitment trackers and contributing to process improvements.Recruitment Coordinating recruitment campaigns across all offices, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, administering our ATS. Maintaining recruitment trackers and contributing to process improvements.What We Think You’ll NeedEssential: Previous experience in a People/HR and/or recruitment administration role Human Resources (or very closely related subject) degree Outstanding attention to detail, high levels of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality An equally strong commitment to the delivery of consistent and high quality work Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using an ATS and/or HRIS, and highly skilled using Microsoft Office A collaborative approach and willingness to support a wide range of tasks. Excellent relationship building skillsDesirable: Professional services sector experience An interest in architecture, heritage, conservation or the built environment CIPD qualifications (ideally level 3 or higher) or working towards them.Why join us now?This is more than just an admin role — it’s a chance to be part of something being built from the ground up.
