Security Program Manager (Contract) | London (3 days/week)London Market Specialty Insurer£120,000 - £130,000 + bonus / 2 days from home.A leading London Market Specialty Insurer is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead and coordinate key cybersecurity initiatives. You will design and deliver the organisation’s cybersecurity program, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensure alignment with regulatory and business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the cybersecurity program, including onboarding new capabilities.Track cyber risks, remediation plans, and compliance with relevant regulations.Lead security projects, oversee resources, and produce program-level reporting for senior leadership.Promote a strong security culture across the organisation.Requirements:Proven program management experience within London insurance or financial services.Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2) and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).Understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, DORA, FCA, Lloyd’s Principles).This is an excellent opportunity to join a well respected Insurance business in the City on what is an exciting period of growth.
