The successful candidate will establish relationships with key decision makers of training organizations, universities, language schools etc. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and partnerships across the region assigned. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop business opportunities for LANGUAGECERT in Southeast Asia through direct sales and channel partnershipsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of leads and key accountsForge and nurture high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers in language education and assessmentDevelop go-to-market strategies tailored to each country's unique language education landscapeEnsure market penetration and brand awareness of LANGUAGECERT certifications in both public and private sectorsParticipate in trade shows, language education events, and strategic forums across the regionCollaborate cross-functionally with global product and marketing teams to drive local adaptation and growthWhat we look for:

Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate qualification is a plus)10+ years' experience in business development, ideally in the language testing, education, EdTech, or certification sectorsProven success in consultative B2B sales and partnership developmentDeep understanding of the language learning and assessment landscape in Southeast Asia, including key stakeholders, regulatory environments, and market trendsExperience in working across diverse cultural contexts and multi-country portfoliosExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsFluency in English (C2 level); proficiency in any major Southeast Asian language is a plusTech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM systems (e. g. , Microsoft Dynamics)What We Offer:
