We're a family-owned company focused on craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction.Now we're looking for someone who can help us take our digital advertising and lead generation to the next level.What You'll DoAs our Performance Marketing Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive high-quality leads for our home improvement business. You'll work across Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and new platforms like Nextdoor and Reddit to build campaigns that convert.Your day will include:Managing paid search, display, social, and retargeting campaignsTracking performance with Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign dashboardsRunning A/B tests to improve conversion rates and cost per leadCollaborating with content and design teams on ad creative and messagingMonitoring budgets, pacing, and ROI across all paid channelsWorking with third-party lead providers such as Angi and Thumbtack to analyze lead quality and improve performanceEvery decision you make will directly impact how Joyce reaches homeowners across the country.RequirementsTop ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaignsOptimize paid search and social campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROIBuild and maintain reports in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar toolsAnalyze data to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunitiesPartner with creative teams to develop ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that performManage budgets across multiple digital channelsStay ahead of trends and new features in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platformsWhat You Need To Succeed2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, or PPC advertisingStrong working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)Proven record of improving CPL (Cost per Lead) and conversion performanceStrong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insightsAbility to work independently while collaborating with a small marketing teamExcellent communication and reporting skillsBenefitsPreferred SkillsGoogle Ads or Meta Ads certificationsExperience with Nextdoor, Reddit, or other emerging ad platformsFamiliarity with HubSpot or Salesforce for lead management and attributionStrong reporting and visualization skills using Looker Studio or TableauWhy Join JoyceCompetitive salary and benefitsStable, family-owned company with over 70 years of successDirect impact on marketing ROI and lead generation performanceOpportunity to learn, grow, and earn certificationsCollaborative, supportive marketing environment
