Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our growing team. This person will play a critical role in defining go-to-market strategies, creating sales enablement assets, and driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.You’re a strong communicator, an exceptional collaborator, and a master cat herder who knows how to translate complex capabilities into customer-centric narratives. You thrive in fast-moving environments, can work across disciplines and levels of seniority, and have a knack for getting things done.What You’ll DoDevelop and own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategiesPartner closely with Product and Sales teams to align on roadmap priorities and launchesCreate and maintain a full suite of sales enablement materials, including:Product sheets, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, case studies, and competitive battle cardsLead product launch strategies, ensuring internal and external alignment across stakeholdersEquip the sales team with training, tools, and content to effectively position and sell the productCollaborate on demand generation and campaign strategies to drive awareness and pipelineConduct competitive analysis and market research to inform messaging and positioningServe as a cross-functional connector between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer SuccessEnsure product value is clearly communicated across the entire customer journeyWhat You Bring7+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaSProven success in supporting or enabling sales teams with content, training, and toolsExperience working in startup or high-growth environmentsStrong storytelling and communication skills—both verbal and writtenDeep understanding of go-to-market motions and product launch planningAbility to manage multiple priorities with speed and attention to detailComfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, remote-first companyBonus: experience in enterprise software, ERP, or automation tech, especially with Oracle, Workday, etc.Why OpkeyFast-growing global SaaS company with strong product-market fitHigh-ownership role with direct visibility to product and executive leadershipCollaborative team culture that values trust, autonomy, and impactRemote flexibility with opportunities for growth and leadershipEqual Opportunity at OpkeyAt Opkey, we’re building a team as diverse and dynamic as the customers we serve.
