Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive based in Dubai. The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business performance. They will monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and ensure alignment with identified goals. The role also includes creating data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and achieve desired results. Qualifications Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and inform performance-driven marketing strategiesStrong Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholdersExperience in Sales and Marketing to design, execute, and drive advertising initiativesAnalytical mindset to interpret campaign results and optimize future approachesProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is highly advantageousBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferredPrevious experience in real estate or a related industry is a strong advantage
