Your mission is to actively contribute to the growth of Belgium's biggest real estate marketplace by driving high-quality traffic and optimizing our acquisition costs.Reporting directly to the CMO, you will act as a strategic pilot for our online media budgets, ensuring that every euro invested delivers maximum value. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, collaborating closely with Senior Marketing Managers, Category Managers, and channel experts to maintain Immoweb’s market leadership. What You Will DoAudience Growth & Guardianship: Take full ownership of traffic KPIs. You will design and implement growth strategies that ensure our audience not only stays at the top of the Belgian market but continues to expand.Media Budget Steering: Oversee and optimize the global media budget. You will issue clear recommendations to our internal media buyers and external agencies to minimize Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) while maximizing reach.Strategic Optimization: While you may occasionally get "hands-on-keyboard," your primary focus is managing the performance ecosystem. You will analyze channel performance (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and steer internal/external partners toward better ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within a horizontal team structure, partnering with Senior Marketing Managers for specific business segments and Category Managers to align acquisition efforts with supply and demand needs.Technical Tracking & Specs: Act as the technical bridge for marketing data. You will be responsible for writing precise tracking specifications for GA4 and our Mobile Measurement Partner (Adjust) to ensure clean, actionable data.Reporting & Insight: Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards in Looker Studio/Tableau. You will translate complex data into clear insights that inform the CMO and other internal stakeholders on performance trends.QualificationsWho You AreExperience: You have at least 4 years of experience in driving traffic growth and managing performance marketing at scale (marketplace experience is a plus, but not mandatory).The "Go-Getter" Mindset: You are a problem solver who doesn't say "I don't know," but rather "I can learn and figure it out." You are comfortable in a visible, stakeholder-facing role.Data-Driven Analyst: You are fluent in numbers. You don’t just report data; you interpret it to find the "why" behind the KPIs.Technical Mastery: Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta Ads Manager.Prior understanding of SEO principlesProficiency in Web/App Analytics (we use GA4 and Adjust, but any background is welcomed)Experience with GTM or ETL tools (like Adverity, Funnel or Supermetrics) is a significant advantageLanguages: English is our internal working language and is mandatory.
