Tired of the big banks’ monopoly, Canadian business owners are seeking innovative alternatives.We've raised a $21.5m Series A from Tier 1 investors, and we're rapidly growing and looking to hire A-players to change the future of banking in Canada.What You'll Be DoingDefine and manage paid campaign strategy to achieve acquisition targets and reduce customer acquisition costs. Run growth experiments across new or emerging channels to uncover additional scalable acquisition paths. Own the operations, optimization, and execution across all paid channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, etc.), delivering against pipeline creation and ROI goals. Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on a per-channel basis to improve performance and efficiency. Identify and deliver innovation opportunities, bringing fresh creative thinking to maximize paid channel effectiveness. Collaborate with product, partnerships, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure growth initiatives are seamlessly integrated. Use data and experimentation to iterate on campaigns, reporting learnings and insights that inform strategy. Support go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches, contributing to messaging and channel mix. What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or acquisition roles (startup experience preferred). Strong track record managing paid search and social campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta), with proven ability to hit growth, CAC and ROAS goals. Hands-on experience in campaign execution, optimization, and scaling. Strong understanding of growth experimentation across multiple channels. Ability to analyze data, run tests, and iterate quickly. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product, partnerships, and design teams. Bonus PointsExperience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup.
