Plan & Execute CampaignsManage paid media across:Meta (Facebook/Instagram)Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)Optional: LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Zalo AdsDevelop and optimize full-funnel performance strategiesContinuously test audiences, creatives and landing experiences2. Analyze & ReportMonitor performance using GA4, Meta/Google dashboards, CRM & PancakeBuild clear reports with actionable insightsLead structured A/B testing and scaling tactics3. Cross-Team CollaborationWork with Marketing, Content, Sales and Product in VietnamAlign campaigns with brand and business objectivesProvide creative teams with performance-based direction4.
