Performance Marketing Specialist (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)Osa Digital is a performance-driven B2B account-based agency helping SaaS and technology companies accelerate growth through data-informed marketing. We partner with high-growth brands to design, execute, and scale integrated paid media programs that deliver measurable pipeline impact.We’re seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, reddit). This is a contract-based position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative names in B2B tech.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop full-funnel, channel-specific paid media strategies tailored to client goals (lead generation, pipeline acceleration, brand growth).Build and present data-informed media plans outlining targeting, budget allocation, and channel mix recommendations.Design audience segmentation strategies aligned with ICPs, funnel stages, and offer types.Campaign Activation & ExecutionManage end-to-end campaign setup and execution across LinkedIn and MetaCreate and implement structured A/B tests across creative, audience, and bidding variables.Ensure accurate tracking and attribution via UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and analytics integrations.Optimization & Account ManagementMonitor campaign pacing and performance daily/weekly to ensure KPI achievement.Identify optimization opportunities, trends, and insights that drive measurable performance improvements.Conduct competitive analysis to continuously enhance ROI.Collaborate with clients and the internal team to adjust creative, targeting, and bidding strategies based on data and feedback.Reporting & CommunicationProduce clear, actionable performance reports that highlight insights, trends, and next steps.Partner with internal strategy, creative, and analytics teams to align media initiatives with broader marketing goals.Participate in client meetings to present results, discuss strategic direction, and provide expert recommendations.Requirements2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns for B2B companies.Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, and Meta AdsStrong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting tools.Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment.Available to work flexibly across time zones.What You’ll GetThe opportunity to work with forward-thinking and biggest B2B SaaS and tech brands.A strategic, collaborative team that values experimentation, performance, and precision.Flexible workload and schedule with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
