Job Description

looking for an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in Learning & Development. The role focuses on identifying training needs, coordinating development programs, and supporting HR operations across locations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement annual training and development plans.Coordinate internal and external learning initiatives.Support performance management and employee engagement programs.Maintain accurate training and HR records.Assist in general HR functions including recruitment and onboarding.Be open and available to travel to different cities as required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of HR experience, preferably with L&D exposure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.Willingness to travel within Iraq as needed.
