Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary: Iraq Mall is seeking a qualified HR Generalist with comprehensive hands-on experience in all HR daily operations. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing duties efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMSalary: IQD 1,800,000 – 2,000,000 (based on qualifications and experience)Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute all daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employment procedures.Monitor attendance and analyze fingerprint data on a regular basis.Calculate monthly payroll and deductions in accordance with company policies and the Iraqi Labor Law.Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.Participate in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers.Handle employee leaves, warnings, and disciplinary actions.Prepare monthly HR reports and statistics.Efficiently operate HR systems.Contribute to developing internal policies and procedures in coordination with the legal department.Support management with any other HR-related tasks as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail or mall industry.Work efficiently on HR systems or similar platforms (such as ZenHR, Odoo, or SAP)Strong command of Microsoft Office and data organization skills.Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to start within one week of acceptance.
