Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Baghdad. The Human Resources Specialist will handle HR operations, including crafting and implementing HR policies, overseeing HR management practices, and managing employee benefits. Additional responsibilities include personnel management, resolving HR-related challenges, and supporting an engaging and compliant workplace culture. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and understanding of HR best practicesExperience in HR Management, including recruitment, employee development, and workforce planningKnowledge of HR Policies and the ability to implement policies aligned with company goalsExpertise in Employee Benefits management and administrationStrong skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations and performance managementAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and foster a positive work environmentFamiliarity with labor laws and compliance requirements in IraqBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
