Description OverviewIn this position you will be a key member of the Nordics Commercial Finance Team based in either Stockholm or Helsinki. You will have a Nordics responsibility and dedicated to support one of our Local Market Commercial Teams.

Scope of the RoleBusiness Partner with Nordics Marketing Director, BU Heads and Brand Managers and help them manage their investmentsMaintain and Track the A&P Spend accross the Nordics and work with local marketing teams to ensure trackers are kept up to date and that activity delivers an appropriate ROIManage and maintain the Local A&P Tool, setting budgets, tracking actuals vs budget with cost owners and ensuring posting accuracy & providing insights on performanceManage Closing Activities (Media Agencies accruals and other necesssary bookings if needed)Manage LRP (Long Range Planning) top down building block brand / category files to ensure consistency and effective consolidationBusiness Partner with Nordics Innovation Lead and manage new product developments across the NordicsManage and validate Innovation Business Cases and make sure that they're aimed at improving the commercial P&L and enhancing overall efficiency within the organizationSupport the business cases throughout the StageGate cycle and demonstrate a 'value add mentality' - deliver ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling / decision support for key initiativesBusiness Partner with Finland's Country Head identifying opportunities and risks and driving positive actionsFull control of Finland's Gross To Net and ProfitabilityPartner with the Country Lead to manage the Weekly Sales Forecast, ientify opportunities and risks and driving actions to secure the forecastSales Closing Activities including commentaries, insights and variance analysisManage the monthly Rolling forecast and Long Range Planning of the Sales and Profitabilty of FinlandParticipate and contribute to the monthly Demand Review cycleDeliver ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling / decision support for key initiativesExperience RequiredQualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting or recognised accounting qualificationTypically 5+ years experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods environmentExperience managing commercial P&L and partnering with commercial stakeholdersDemonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving, and decision-making skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategiesAdvanced Microsoft Office user, passionate by Excel.

Experience using Power BI is a plusStrong business acumen and understanding of key business driversProactive in identifying and solving problems/issues; a drive for continuous professional development in self and othersFluent in English (Swedish or Finnish is a plus)BenefitsWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
