Personal Assistant BRKV is a private investment company in property, healthcare, and tech/media. We are expanding in Dubai and seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to support the director and manage his five holiday apartments in Downtown Dubai. About the Role: You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio — coordinating with tenants, contractors, and building management to maintain high standards. You will also act as the director’s right hand in Dubai, assisting with admin, scheduling, operational tasks, and wider business development activities. Ideal Candidate: Proactive, practical, strong character, and good problem-solver. Comfortable dealing with tenants, contractors, building management, and basic online tools/marketing. Must be adaptable and business-minded. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the 5-unit portfolio Coordinate contractors, bookings, and maintenance Support acquisitions, development, and marketing Assist the director with admin, operations, and growth tasks What We Offer: Hands-on exposure to property management and business development, learning directly from experienced international operators. Dynamic London–Dubai environment. Visa, accommodation, and car negotiable. Note: This role is not a standard 9–5.
