Job title: Personal Assistant/Office CoordinatorReports to: Head of ConceptLocation: 247 Group, Oasis Business Centre, Marbella, SpainExtent: 100%, on siteWorking Schedule: 40h /week, Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00Main purpose of job:Ensure that 247 Group owner receives the support he needs to carry out his assignment.Ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.TasksEnsure that 247 Group owner receives the support he needs to carry out his assignment.Ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.RequirementsPerform various tasks as personal assistant to owner of 247 Group, such as travel arrangements, bookings and administration.Perform various day-to-day tasks for the CEO – both private and professional.Undertake a variety of office and administration Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
